We are currently seeking driven and entrepreneurial Unlicensed Financial Associates to join our team and focus on providing expert financial advice to clients. As a key part of our success, you’ll be using our proprietary Financial Needs Analysis software, which simplifies the financial planning process for clients and helps them reach their financial goals for retirement, expansion, risk management, and more.

Consultation: Meet with potential and existing clients to assess their current financial situation. Provide guidance on a variety of financial topics, from retirement to debt management, tailored to their unique situations.
Custom Financial Solutions: Develop personalized financial strategies based on clients' unique needs, including recommendations for managing cash flow, investments, tax planning, insurance, and more.
Client Education: Educate clients on financial tools, government programs, managing financial risks, developing financial goals, and creating client-specific financial plans.
Risk Management: Help clients identify and manage potential risks to their financial stability, ensuring they have the appropriate protections in place.
Follow-up: Ensure clients’ financial goals are being met by providing ongoing support and revising strategies when needed.
Compliance: Follow all industry regulations and company policies to ensure the highest level of service and compliance.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build relationships with clients, actively listen to their needs, and provide clear and effective guidance.
Creative Problem Solver: Ability to think outside the box and find solutions that address clients’ unique challenges.
Ambitious and Self-Driven: Desire to work hard, take initiative, and continuously grow your knowledge of the financial industry.

Risk Management: Help clients assess and manage financial risks.

Education & Communication: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, financial products, and government programs. Educate clients about financial risks, opportunities, and best practices for managing their finances.
Compliance & Regulations: Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism in all client interactions.
Licensed Financial Professional: Must hold a valid license (LLQP in Canada or Life and/or Health License in the US) and be in good standing with regulatory bodies.
Experience in Financial Advisory: A proven track record of providing financial advice, especially within the agriculture sector or to clients in rural markets, is highly preferred.
Strong Knowledge of Finance: Understanding of the unique financial challenges and opportunities within the industry, including government programs, retirement, and estate planning.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts to clients in an understandable way, establishing trust and rapport for long-term relationships.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients, based on trust, integrity, and mutual success.
Problem Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze clients’ financial situations and create customized plans to address their goals and challenges.
Ambitious & Self-Motivated: A proactive and self-driven attitude with the desire to build and grow your business.
